I think in this case the full color works best. The red is very overpowering. Love the book ;)
awe, Kim - that's so cute. I love the selective color!
I really like selective color photos but for this shot I really love the full color version. The red book stands out too much. The color photo lets your eye go all over and see the sweet interaction between son and dad. TFS!
I agree - I think the b/w is just too strong. I wonder if I toned down the red if it would work better? I'll have to try it!
I agree - I like the full color version best. I think the red is a little overpowering with the black and white version. Cute, cute photo though!
I think the selective coloring would work better if you lowered the opacity (maybe to 50%) I think it's a good choice for selective coloring though, good eye.
